YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS DAY

The event will be organized during one day at Slatina. Young entrepreneurs from Slatina, Ruse and Vratsa, as well as local authorities, representatives of SMEs, NGOs, Employers’ Associations and cross-border mass-media will be invited to take part at the event.

On the 12th of June 2009, the cross-border forum – “Young Entrepreneurs Day” – will be held at Slatina.

The event is planned to last one day. Young entrepreneurs from the three Romanian-Bulgarian cross-border areas, representatives of the local authorities, of SMEs, NGOs, of the Commerce Chambers, Employers’ Associations as well as of the mass-media will be invited to take part at the forum.

The event is planning to promote the innovator entrepreneurial spirit, to close partnerships, to organize debates on general interest themes for the SMEs’ sector.

On this occasion, the most competitive SMEs managed by young persons, that were discovered as a result of the research – documentation activities, will be awarded.

The selection criteria which will underlie the prize award are: level of involvement in Romanian – Bulgarian associations, the degree of business innovation, modern strategies of management and marketing, modern policies of human resources, quality systems’ implementation, usage of informational technology’s tools, etc.

The prize award will consist of diplomas and trophies.
